17thc Travel Wrought Iron Wax Seal, 3 Engraved Sides, Coat Of Arms Of A French Duke

Superb thumb wax seal with forged steel arch, gunsmith quality, beautiful condition.
The sealing, with 3 pivoting faces, is  neat: precise assembly, hoop with scrolls and engraved foliage, spring-loaded pivot axis, faceted ring, cut-out bail….
The 3 sides:
Initials composed in “mavelot” enthroned on a gun carriage under the crown of Duke of France,
coat of arms Engraved of a fox carrying its cub on back, under crown.
and coat of arms of chivalry with two foxes.
