Beautiful lounge chair with a Queen's back in molded wood and finely carved with clasps, shells and flowers. Upholstered in a very beautiful emerald green silk, Louis XV style (Tassinari and Chatel). Parisian work from the Louis XV period, second half of the 18th century around 1760. It bears the stamp of Henri Amand and the JME jurande punch on the belt. Henri Amand - seat carpenter. Master on November 17, 1749. He mainly made Louis XV style seats. Very beautiful model, all in elegance, no fault of taste in the proportions and sculptures of this seat. Excellent condition, our armchair is new covered with this very beautiful green silk, of which we have acquired a large footage, allowing us to offer several matching Louis XV seats to form a large set.
