Beautiful composition representing a violin maker working in a garden. At his feet, we can see the body of a violin, scattered wood shavings. Behind him, laundry drying in the sun and trees in the background. The canvas is bright and the style is sure, certainly that of a good painter. I have not identified the artist. I would like to point out some wear to the material. The painting is presented in a Montparnasse frame in gilded stucco with two or three very slight losses. Beautiful atmosphere. Dimensions of the work alone, 60 cm x 50 cm, almost a 12 Figure. Total dimensions with the frame, 74 cm x 64 cm.
