Charming 18th Century Domed Studded Leather Chest

Domed leather chest decorated with heart-shaped gold studs and geometric patterns, probably a travel chest designed to withstand transport by coach or mail trunk.

it has retained its original wrought iron handles on the sides as well as its paper inside, it is also a very beautiful floral patterned paper from the 18th century, these papers were handmade.
 The leather covering has aged of course and could deserve some small restorations but nothing alarming, the whole is in good condition.
