Amazing mixed technique (gouache, watercolor, charcoal...) representing drinkers reading the newspaper at the Bistro. A lot of realism in the expressions of the characters. Signed bottom right "Ringard", artist who exhibited at the humorists' salon. On the back an inscription by the artist specifying that he was a member of the French artists, the Humorists and Samothrace. Work in its "juice" and in its original frame never unframed with its glass. Dimensions of the work on view: 34 x 25 cm with the frame: 45.5 x 36.5 cm
