Pair of Louis XVI style candelabra candlesticks in gilded bronze and white marble. Base with cut sides in white marble with a gilded bronze base decorated with rams' heads, garlands of flowers and goats' feet with a white marble cassolette. This base supports a bouquet of roses in bloom and buds with leaves from which 3 arms of lights spring. Very decorative and elegant candlesticks. The original gilding is quite pale, to finish cleaning in the petals and buds, a garland of flowers from the base glued back on. Napoleon III period around 1860.
