Superb pair of Art Deco period porcelain bookends, from the GOEBEL factory, representing 2 elegant people from the beginning of the century. Magnificent colors. Since its founding in 1871, the Goebel factory, located in Rödental, in northern Bavaria, has perpetuated the tradition of the famous German porcelain makers, like its neighbor Rosenthal. Its know-how has earned it a reputation for its production, mixing craftsmanship and creativity. From tableware to bestiary, in fine porcelain stoneware, of great refinement and astonishing realism.
