An old granary lock representing an anthropo-zoomorphic figure. It features feminine attributes, with prominent breasts, combined with animal characteristics, with large upright ears borrowed from the bat. This type of lock was used to secure grain storage granaries, a vital resource for the people in the arid regions of Mali.
