At the front, it rests on two volute feet (or so-called escarcots) mounted on small faceted heels, its facade offers a so-called crossbow line, as does the cutout of the top which harmonizes with it. Its very cut-out lower crosspiece is alternated with small volutes and you will have noticed that the vertical is punctuated by six bands of fluting, the two of which adorn the uprights of the sides are in relief.
Despite its age, this chest of drawers is in good condition and does not present any notable defects or worm-eaten parts.
It is of course worth noting the marks of use which attest to its history, its age but which add to its character.
Please note however that one of the two lower drawers is missing a lock.
