Very beautiful armchair with a wide flat back called "à la Reine", Louis XV style, very beautiful manufacture in rosewood from the Napoleon III period. The four legs are arched, the two front legs are decorated at the top with a flower motif and rest on casters. The belt is slightly scalloped, the front crosspiece is decorated with a stylized and leafy cartouche. Violin-shaped, the top of the back is decorated in its center with a shell bordered by a flower stem, the shoulder is decorated with two acanthus leaves. This seat has an extremely solid structure, the upholstery has been completely redone recently by an artisan upholsterer, the covering fabric is a very beautiful velvet with floral decoration on a soft yellow background.
