Very beautiful fireplace screen in natural wood, molded and richly carved, the partially openwork frame decorated with shells, acanthus leaves, rockeries, volutes, squared patterns, etc., standing on two skate feet ending in scrolls. It is hung with a beautiful sheet of fine polychrome tapestry, most likely from the Gobelins factory, decorated with bouquets of flowers in a vase placed on an entablature, surrounded by birds (wear).Régence period.
