Late 17th century France Precious Brocatelle linen and yellow green silk in two armchair seats Regency period. Large embossed decoration with medallion, cabbage leaf and stylized pomegranates, cut from two large armchair seats. Slight difference in tone between each of the two pieces cut identically. This pair is part of a series of Brocatelle from a castle in the Luberon that I will post later. Can be used directly for armchairs given its very good condition of resistance. Pieces without defects, in excellent condition of conservation. Dimensions: 68/78 cm in height, 78 cm in width in two pieces.
