Old facade panel. Old bakery. Old pastry shop. Painted on canvas mounted under glass. These panels were used as decoration on the facade of stores. Very Parisian from the end of the 19th century, beginning of the 20th century, they are very rare. Most of them have been victims of time, either broken or demolished. The few still on site are now classified as cultural heritage (see a photo by Janice Niepce of an old business) This one is large (height 228 cm, width 46.5 cm) It is signed at the bottom in the center "Benoit et fils".
