Rare fireplace in black marble from Louverné de Mayenne, Louis XVI, from the 18th century. Its entablature receives in its center a flower treated as a rosette, surrounded by a pair of laurel garlands supported by a clasp and rings which penetrate into the heads of the uprights and spring from the frames of the latter. Its straight feet are animated by reserves. A torus runs along the line of its hearth. Its side cheeks have been reported, its entablature was formerly restored in an imperceptible way. A restored floor slab, of the same material, is proposed. Its length at the body is 136 cm. The dimensions of the floor slab are 136.1 x 31 cm. The dimensions of its hearth are 98 cm wide and 95 cm high.
