Painting dating from the period 1900 representing a woman in front of a boat, a village of thatched cottages on the banks of a river in the background, would represent a village on the banks of the Aven river in Finistère, a river which gave its name to Pont Aven, a town rich in its pictorial past with Gauguin and Maurice Bernard for example. Signed lower right A.Lenfant for Albert Lenfant* On the back is the original label of the Louvre department stores in Paris and its number 290.
