Saint Cosmas and his brother Saint Damian sculpture in black patinated terracotta in the Art Deco style around 1920. These two doctor brothers, one patron saint of surgeons, the other of pharmacists are represented here in robes accompanied by attributes such as an open book, palm, bottle. This beautiful work is quite rare for the style and the period.Good condition, restorations to the base and rework of the patina (barely visible).
