Magnificent Louis XIV period blond walnut armchair, covered with green silk lamps. Observe the sinuous and elegant lines of the armrests, the base and the spacer. It is a very comfortable armchair, with its wide and high back, well padded and slightly inclined. It benefited from a complete renovation of the cabinetwork and the horsehair and straps upholstery about twenty years ago. The seat is perfectly stable and solid. Only fragile silk (certainly from a large house), in very good condition for the back, is worn on the seat. This very noble armchair is ideal in front of a desk, as in the corner of a fire.
