Gilded bronze candelabra with 8 candle holders in Rococo style, dating back to the mid-19th century. The candelabra, 89 cm high, is of excellent quality and in excellent condition, made as a kneeling putto who supports the head of the candelabra, from which 8 branches of foliage emerge that end in as many candle holders. Made by Henry Picard, one of the greatest French founders, bronze workers and gilders of the 19th century, active in Paris between 1831 and 1864. The stamp of the bronze worker is imprinted on the back of the base. France, mid-19th century.
Condition: excellent, signs and wear are due to use and time.
