"Scrimshaw Sperm Whale Tooth"
Very interesting work of a whaler sailor. This tooth engraved with a sailing needle represents a landscape of Martinique. We can see the Saint Lois Cathedral in Fort de Frace, the erupting Mount Pelée and the volcano of Mont Conil. In the bay are represented a dozen sailboats. A few cracks do not harm the interest of this beautiful document.
