Bar, Les Arcs 1978
A true symbol of Charlotte Perriand's work, who nobly contributed to the liberation of women and the evolution of social norms by opening previously closed kitchens, this bar was the centerpiece of the design for the open kitchen that connected to the living room.
Structure made of pine, white melamine, stainless steel countertop, pine shelving, and white lacquered metal.
Made for the studios of the tourist residence at Les Arcs 1800.
In very good condition, with wear consistent with its age. Doors and drawers function well. No missing parts.
The bench, wall shelf, and stool are not sold with the bar. They are shown in the photos to stage the bar and are sold separately.
