Deschamps (20th century): “Portrait of Alain”, oil on hardboard 41 X 33 cm, unframed. “In its own juice”, a little dirty and very small flakes of paint visible in the photos. Dedicated “To Alain’s Godfather”, signed and dated 1958. “There is more than one donkey called Martin”… and more than one painter named Deschamps!
