Very high quality cabinet in carved wood and shibayama with decoration of mother-of-pearl and ivory inlays and gold lacquer, representing birds, flowers, plants and characters, composed of 2 fan-shaped doors, 1 double straight door, 3 single doors, 1 double sliding door and three drawers in the lower part, it rests on its base. Embellished with openwork sculptures. Bears the artist's signature to be defined. Japan, Meiji period, 19th century.
