Exceptional old Baoulé mask with horns, note the perfect balance and symmetry of the shapes, the deep patina of use, the finesse of the sculpture, the beautiful internal face. End of the 19th century. Height 35 cm, one horn has been glued back together and a small insignificant lack on the side of one horn due to woodworms. Rare in this age and quality!
