"Antique 19th Century Natural Coral Pearl Necklace"
Remarkable necklace of slightly falling coral beads. The coral is a very beautiful natural intense salmon color. The necklace has 120 coral beads that have a diameter of 5 to 9 mm. The necklace opens and closes with a safety clasp in 18 carat yellow gold (750 / 1000ths). The beads have been hand-cut which gives the necklace a certain charm. The growth lines of the coral are clearly visible. Period late 19th - early 20th century. The large number of beads in the necklace and its length - no knot between each pearl - give the buyer the opportunity to make the necklace a little shorter and create a matching bracelet. Dimension: Length: 68 cm Weight: 44.59 g Very good condition. The necklace, which is old, has been rethreaded on silk thread. Never worn since it was rethreaded.
