The first is standing above a large sake cup that he has probably just consumed. He holds a fan in his right hand and a yutô (a kind of ladle) in his left hand. The second creature is sitting and using a still leafy branch as a flute.
The shōjō are yôkai often associated with the ocean and living near the coast. They are known for their human and youthful features, their long red hair, but especially for their excessive penchant for alcoholic beverages.
