Thérèse Guérin was a student of Jules Médard and André Perrachon, and the founder of a studio exclusively reserved for women artists. She exhibited regularly from 1886 at the Salons of Paris and Lyon and obtained a second class medal in 1908. Guérin specialized in flowers and fruits (Roses and Cherries).
