Sculpture of two dachshunds in metal Britannia WMFB OX from the German factory, Metalwarren, equivalent to the Christofle company in France. Founded in 1880, this factory flourished during the Art Deco period. The alloy used for this object, containing tin covered with silver, is called Britannia, between 1886 and 1908 and bears the inscription WMFB. OX means that the piece is covered with oxidized silver
