The rectangular top decorated with hira-makie and takamakie in gold and silver and aogaï (mother-of-pearl) inlay on a nashiji background decorated with a chrysanthemum branch.
Shibuichi mount engraved on the belt of the top.

Japan, mid-Edo period.

Condition of use, accidents and losses, in particular the legs are glued back together and some inlays are missing.
