SEASCAPE, BOATS IN BRITTANY Original pen and ink drawing by Edmond PUYO (1828 in Morlaix - 1916 St Martin des Champs) French politician and painter. Edmond Puyo was mayor of Morlaix from 1871 to 1878, then, in 1878, was elected president of the city's commercial court and president of the Morlaix Chamber of Commerce from 1881 to 1911. As mayor, he created the municipal library in 1873.
