"Barbotine Dish Decorated With Shells And Palissy Lizard"
This barbotine dish is from the 19th century. It was probably made by Thomas Victor Sergent. This is a Palissy barbotine trompe-l'oeil dish. It is beautifully made, the colors have remained fresh. It is in superb general condition, note, for the most picky, some jumps on the large shells, a small crack on the tail of the lizard, a small jump on the hind leg and the frog and one on the side. Our photos allow you to appreciate the quality of the object. For the condition, please detail the photos. Do not hesitate to zoom in. The photos are an integral part of the description.
