Beautiful color engraving countersigned and dated 1908 by the famous French engraver Francois Max Bugnicourt. Indeed, it is in his engravings that his style is best expressed. He makes few reservations and lets the ink drown his drawings in nocturnal atmospheres. He was essentially a landscape artist and also known as an illustrator. He is a Bordeaux artist, a street has been named after him since 2005. Dimensions of the work with old glass frame 55 cm x 49 cm. Dimensions of the landscape alone 32.5 x 24.5 cm numbered 5/50.
