"Beautiful Large Pair Of Art Deco Wall Lights In Pressed-cut Glass By Sebv, Era Muller Daum Lalique"
Nice large pair of pressed-molded glass sconces by SEVB (Société d'Exploitation des Verreries de Bagneaux) A very nice model with this decor of stylized flowers on the sides and this "skyscraper" shape typical of the art-deco period. Quality glassware, very thick which renders the light well. SEVB was recognized for the quality of its pieces and had nothing to envy the production of Muller, Degue or others... Triangle shape set in a bronze "V" which is to be fixed to the wall by 2 screws. Around 1925, large size of 36 cm in length, signed (molded on the edge), SEVB model 237. Very good condition, as always, 1 or 2 small chips completely hidden under the frame, without consequences therefore. Very beautiful pair of wall lights, fits in with both modern and old interiors.... design, aesthetic and timeless NB: in the last photo, last pair sold on Catawiki, more than 1500 euros
