Large drawing by the painter Henri Blandin (1830-1890) depicting a joyful popular event (departure of conscripts drawn by lot?). On the back of the drawing an inscription with the words "Blandin Orléans" which allowed the artist to be identified (The signature: H.Blandin being almost illegible) as well as the location of the event. Please note: -The drawing needs to be restored (tears and missing parts). -The absence of glass. Dimensions of the drawing alone: 46cm x 58cm
