Architectural clock in black marble and gilt bronze ornamentation.
The white enameled dial forming a rosette is framed by two columns, entablature and center of the base decorated with a frieze with putti decorations, the whole surmounted by a sculpture after the tomb of Lorenzo de Medici and bordered by three fluted Corinthian columns on each side.
Mechanism bearing the partially erased mark "SMART & COMPAGNIE, gold medal 1889"
