The saucer is in plain silver decorated with a frieze of water leaves and pearls on the rim.
The cup rests on a pedestal decorated with the same frieze that is also found on the lip.
The swollen belly is encircled halfway up with a frieze of laurel leaves.
The handle has a superb decoration of a cornucopia overflowing with fruit eaten by a goat's head.
The cup is formerly vermeiled, there are traces of it in the hollows.
