Work from the Louis XV period "dos d'âne (Donkey)" desk in European varnish decorated with chinoiseries, lake landscapes and pagodas on the front and sides. It opens with a flap and reveals a red lacquered interior with 7 compartments, 4 of which have drawers and a double bottom.
The tablet also reveals an elegant black morocco leather gilded with small iron.
The eventful belt opens with two drawers. It rests on 4 curved legs ending in gilt bronze clogs. Beautiful gilt bronze keyholes
