The street is bustling with a large crowd. In the foreground, we see two figures in uniform characteristic of the early 20th century (a soldier and a firefighter). A woman is fighting against the wind, dressed all in black. The Morris column, the tall buildings and the entrance to the Théâtre de Vaudeville” give the whole a very Parisian atmosphere.
The copy is made on a panel. It is signed with the name of the copyist (R. Monnier).
