Lovely portrait of a young man circa 1830, done in oil on canvas, circa 1830. Against a dark background, the olive green suit and the blue tie tied in a devil's style, play an elegant contrast with the very pale face of the model. The atmosphere is totally romantic, and the young man's pouting pout is reminiscent of the facial expression of a Pushkin. It is presented in a Louis XVI frame in gilded wood, decorated with pearls.
