Very large chest of drawers with two drawers without crosspieces in diamond marquetry and gilded bronze. This piece of furniture bears the salamander stamp of Maison André Mailfert (1884-1943). The butterfly wing marquetry with this double-curved front is remarkable in its manufacture. An important cavetto marble. The bronzes of the handles and falls of the feet are also gilded and of high quality. The locks of the drawers have their diamond keys. Rare piece of furniture in this quality of manufacture.
