"Very Large Christ On The Cross, Italy(?), Late 18th C."
Very large Christ on the cross (height 1.38m; diagonal 1.43m), sculpted in the round. Great expressiveness, probably originally painted. Lime wood(?), South of France or Italy, end of the 18th century. Good general condition, some wear and cracks in the wood.
