"Virgin And Child"
A beautiful little Virgin and Child from Spain in the Romanesque style and from the 17th century. Made of painted wood, the Virgin is represented seated; she holds her son on her knees with her left hand and a cup in her right hand. The Virgin and Child are crowned and they open their eyes wide. This sculpture is particularly lively, the expression of the bodies and the looks are animated by a beautiful presence.
