Isidore ROSENSTOCK Born in Strasbourg on May 1, 1880, famous watercolorist nicknamed "the painter of flowers", he was among other things a member of the international society of watercolorists and a designer at the Sèvres factory. His sumptuous bouquets and his representations of the park of Versailles were often reproduced in the newspaper L'Illustration. He exhibited in London, Brussels, Tokyo, Munich, New York, Madrid and Rome. Some of his works were acquired by the French state in 1919.
