"Large Vase With Thistles Montjoye / Legras"
Large Montjoye baluster vase with applied and acid-etched decoration of thistles, enameled, gilded and silvered on a frosted turquoise green background with a milky border. A tall piece, majestic due to its elegant classic shape, its neck decorated with a lambrequin and the beautiful Montjoye LC signature called "à l'Evêque" (of St Denis) under the base. A piece that is impossible to find in this very beautiful condition! Period: 1900 - 1910 Bibliography: "Legras Verrier" by MM.
