This rectangular case with rounded corners is made of 800 °/°° Austrian silver, interior in vermeil (used condition). The slightly domed lid is made of enamel and represents a collie in profile with the initials CT of its owner. This cigarette or mini cigar case (twelve) can be used as a pillbox or card holder. It can be attributed to Adam Schied (1838 - 1921), an Austrian goldsmith specializing in this polychrome enameling work on silver. This case is not signed. Weight: 98 gr
