"17th Century Spanish Bronze Candlestick"
Spanish candlestick 17th century: bronze 20.2 X 14.5 X 13.8 cm. The turned shaft fixed to the plate by a hammered axis allowing it to turn. The slightly bowl-shaped square plate to collect the wax rests on four protruding feet in stylized "lion's paws". Small deformation due to a shock, not cleaned, patina of use.
