" Oak Table, Late 17th Century"
- Oak and cherry table from the end of the 17th century, with an imposing appearance, with a wide belt with two drawers resting on four legs with spacers. In appearance simple in composition, this table presents very precise carpentry work with a certain concern for aesthetic balance. The upper top exaggerates the whole, thus creating an elegant oblique with the lower moldings of the belt. The latter accommodates two large drawers. The imposing appearance of its belt is counterbalanced by a discreet base; the four legs, in turned wood in the shape of a baluster, are connected by an H-shaped spacer, their end ends in a flattened ball.
- Good condition, drawers probably added, restorations and inscriptions are to be noted
- Dimensions: Length: 198 cm, width: 76.5 cm Height: 83 cm
