Magnificent and rare service of 12 coffee spoons, created by the master goldsmith Emile Puiforcat. In solid silver densely covered with vermeil, these spoons are richly decorated; on the reverse and in sets of two, roses, clovers, chrysanthemums, daisies, carnations and pansies, the stems carried by cherubs with outstretched wings, adorn the spatulas. On their faces, puttis are installed in shells around a superb rocaille decoration, the stems punctuated by interlacing twigs that birds catch in their flight. This coffee service made up of 12 pieces, is in excellent condition. No knocks, no deformation, vermeil of excellent condition. (cleaning on some pieces to be deepened). Inscription of the French guarantee Minerva 1st title (950) as well as that of the master goldsmith Emile Puiforcat, received in 1857 and active in his shop "La Coutellerie", 18, rue Chapon in Paris.
