Object description :

"1940s Venini Murano Vase "
Elegant handkerchief vase in two-tone glass from the renowned Venini factory in Murano (Venice, Italy). This vase stands out for its double layer, featuring a white inner layer that contrasts vividly with the bright orange exterior. In 1932, Paolo Venini created the famous Opalino vase, a masterpiece born from his extraordinary creativity. The vase is made with an internal layer of lattimo, an opaque white glass invented in Murano in the 15th century, designed to imitate the European porcelain of the time. This particular type of glass gives the Opalino vase a unique elegance and refinement. It is a fascinating design piece, capable of enriching the environment with taste and style. This vase dates back to the 1940s and is an original from that era.
