"Entre Deux Furniture Attributed To Krieger."
Between-two piece of furniture in satin veneer in mahogany frames. The uprights and feet are in solid mahogany, with grooves. Beautiful ornamentation of gilded bronzes, finely chiseled such as falls, asparagus, sabots, rings, spandrels and beaded framing strips. On the front of the drawer a scalloped frieze decorated with bunches of grapes and flowers. In the center a mascaron is framed by cornucopias overflowing with flowers also framed by two goats. The keyhole is off-center so that the mascaron is in the center of the drawer. Top of breccia marble with groove.
