Édouard Elle, born in Brussels in 1859 and died in Wépion in 1911, is a Belgian watercolorist, painter and architect. He exhibited in Brussels and Paris. Member of the Société des Beaux-Arts de Liège, he exhibited there in 1900 and 1910. Works in the Museums of Brussels and Liège.
